all those parcels of land shown as “TYPE 2 LANDS” on the following maps which were signed and approved by Jim Umpherson, Regional Manager, Land Resources, Northern Affairs Program, Yellowknife, Northwest Territories and Gordon M. Hamre, Northern Parks Advisor, National Parks System Planning, Canadian Parks Service, Environment Canada, Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, which are on file with the Land Manager, Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, Regional Office, at Yellowknife, in the Northwest Territories, copies of which have been deposited with the Land Management Division, Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, Northern Affairs Program, in Ottawa:

SAVING, EXCEPTING AND RESERVING thereout and therefrom any tract of territorial lands described in the schedule which is subject to a lease or agreement for sale made pursuant to the Territorial Lands Act and the Territorial Lands Regulations.
