His Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that it is in the public interest to do so, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 23(2)Footnote a of the Financial Administration Act, hereby makes the annexed Honeywell Remission Order.

Interpretation
1 The definitions in this section apply in this Order.
- aircraft
aircraft means the aircraft bearing the name Cessna Citation V, model number 560, serial number 560-0004 and registration number N189H. (aéronef)
- Honeywell
Honeywell means Honeywell Inc. (Honeywell)
- tax
tax means the tax imposed under Part IX of the Excise Tax Act. (taxe)
- testing equipment
testing equipment means a Trimble receiver, bearing part number 24840-51 and serial number 3535A12075, and a Trimble antenna, bearing part number 22020-00 and serial number 0220085482. (matériel d’essai)
Remission
2 Remission is hereby granted to Honeywell of the tax, and any related interest and penalties, payable by Honeywell in respect of the importation into Canada, in 1998, of aircraft and testing equipment for use in air navigation system testing, on the condition that the aircraft and testing equipment are removed from Canada as soon as is practical after that testing and within sixty days after that importation.
