Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, pursuant to section 115 of the Customs TariffFootnote a, hereby makes the annexed E.S. Fox Limited Remission Order.

Remission

 Subject to section 2, remission is hereby granted to E.S. Fox Limited in the amount set out in column 3 of an item of the schedule, which represents the duties paid under the Customs Tariff in respect of certain non-alloy steel plates and steel tank heads imported into Canada and accounted for on the date set out in column 2 of that item, under the accounting document number set out in column 1 of that item.

Condition

 Remission is granted on condition that a claim for remission is made to the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness within two years after the day on which this Order comes into force.

Coming into Force

 This Order comes into force on the day on which it is registered.
