Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, makes the annexed Least Developed Country Tariff Withdrawal (2023 LDCT Review) Order under paragraph 38(1)(b) of the Customs TariffFootnote a.

Withdrawal of Entitlement
1 Entitlement to the benefit of the Least Developed Country Tariff is withdrawn in respect of all goods that originate in the following countries:
Cape Verde, Samoa, Tuvalu and Vanuatu.
Exemption
2 Section 1 does not apply to goods that were in transit to Canada before January 1, 2025.

4 This Order comes into force on January 1, 2025.
