Rules of Origin

1 The following provisions of the Canada–Ukraine Free Trade Agreement have the force of law in Canada:
(a) Articles 3.1 to 3.14; and
(b) Annexes 3-A and 3-C.
Repeal
2 The CUFTA Rules of Origin RegulationsFootnote 1 are repealed.

Coming into Force
