Order Prescribing the Fees to be Paid for an Advance Ruling Respecting the Entitlement to an Incentive under the Petroleum Incentives Program Act

The Minister of Energy, Mines and Resources, pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Financial Administration Act and Order in Council P.C. 1983-1507 of 19th May, 1983Footnote *, hereby makes the annexed Order prescribing the fees to be paid for an advance ruling respecting the entitlement to an incentive under the Petroleum Incentives Program Act.

Short Title

 This Order may be cited as the Petroleum Incentives Program Advance Ruling Fees Order.

Fees

  •  (1) Subject to subsection (2), the fee payable by a person who applies for an advance ruling respecting his entitlement to an incentive under the Petroleum Incentives Program Act shall be $50 for each hour or part thereof spent on the preparation of the advance ruling.

  • (2) The fee payable pursuant to subsection (1) shall not be less than $250.00 for each advance ruling.
