Order Prescribing the Fees To Be Paid by Persons to whom Services or the Use of Facilities is Provided by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police at the R.C.M.P. Training Academy in Regina, Saskatchewan

The Solicitor General of Canada, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 1989-1898 of September 21, 1989Footnote *, hereby makes the annexed Order prescribing the fees to be paid by persons to whom services or the use of facilities is provided by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police at the R.C.M.P. Training Academy in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Short Title

 This Order may be cited as the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Training Academy Fees Order.

Fees

 Any person to whom the Royal Canadian Mounted Police provide one of the following services or the use of one of the following facilities at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Training Academy in Regina, Saskatchewan, shall pay the following fees:

  • (a) in the case of academic training provided in a classroom by an RCMP instructor, $31 per hour;

  • (b) in the case of gas and small arms training, $24 per hour;

  • (c) in the case of driver training provided by an RCMP instructor using an RCMP vehicle, $31 per hour;

  • (d) in the case of accommodation $17 per day; and

  • (e) in the case of the use of a classroom by a person other than an RCMP instructor, $17 per hour.
