Order Respecting the Remission of the Customs Duties Paid or Payable on a 1991 36-Foot Dynacoach Mobile Clinic Imported into Canada by the Fondation Québécoise du Cancer Inc.

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to section 101 of the Customs TariffFootnote *, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Order respecting the remission of the customs duties paid or payable on a 1991 36-foot DYNACOACH Mobile Clinic imported into Canada by the Fondation québécoise du cancer Inc.

Short Title

 This Order may be cited as the Fondation québécoise du cancer Inc. Remission Order.

Remission

 Subject to section 3, remission is hereby granted of the customs duties paid or payable under Part I of the Customs Tariff on a 1991 36-foot DYNACOACH mobile clinic imported into Canada by the Fondation québécoise du cancer Inc.

Conditions

 The remission referred to in section 2 is granted on condition that

  • (a) a claim for remission is made to the Minister within two years after the day on which the mobile clinic was accounted for under section 32 of the Customs Act;

  • (b) the mobile clinic is not sold or otherwise disposed of by the Fondation québécoise du cancer Inc. within one year after the day on which the mobile clinic was accounted for under section 32 of the Customs Act.
